This bespoke box was made to hold a Centenary celebration booklet, an aluminium luggage tag and in a secret compartment at the bottom of the box, some luxury chocolate.

The prototype was designed in house by one of our cardboard engineers and when the client was happy they laid their artwork onto our templates. Various techniques were employed to give the wow factor with the logo being picked out in white foil and layers of clear varnish being built up to a 3D ‘100’ design on the box top.

The 32pp PUR bound booklet has an Imperial blue card cover with bronze and white foil details. The inner pages are printed on our Low energy UV drying press to keep the bright vibrancy of the images.

The platform to hold the aluminium tag has been made up with layers of a paper based foam board and black matt card. These keep the tag and key ring securely held in place. Side tabs have been included on this layer to easily access the compartment below.
