Combining the rustic charm of wood with the versatility of our modern printing techniques has enabled us to produce these fabulous wooden signs for the National Trust.

We used pine in this instance but other woods such as plywood, birch or cedar could be used. The 20mm boards were primed before printing to help with weather resistance. These were then printed on our digital flatbed printer using ultraviolet lights to cure the inks to the board making them suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Although the print is super sharp the texture of the grain is still visible. Finally drill holes were made on each side of the board to enable easy fixing.
