This stunning slip case contains two 240mm square books, which although sit side by side perfectly they have been bound using different methods for different effects.

The book of plans has been printed on to 170gsm Acroprint and perfect bound with an 8 page 350gsm cover with short fold-in flaps to both the front and back. Not only do these look great they also make the cover stronger and more resistant to wear and tear. The back flap contains useful slots to hold a business card and although in this case the front cover has a solid special colour, these flaps do give a good space for maybe a detachable form or just additional information.

The brochure has been bound using a layflat binding style. This innovative technique allows images or text to flow seamlessly across a double page spread without losing any detail in the spine. Duplexing the pages throughout allows them to open entirely flat with an almost invisible join meaning the brochure lays completely flat once opened.

Both books are printed in four colour process and Pantone 7449 with logo’s and titles picked out in copper foil. The book of plans additionally contains Transclear Wizard White insert leaves, these are a see-through tracing paper printed  on one side in four colour process and bound in with the other pages.
